Here's what's going to happen now....
Thank you for booking your full Business MOT and debrief call package.
Once I have received the notification of your booking, I will send you an email, which will contain a link to a secure Sharepoint folder, where you can upload your financial reports for me. I'll let you know which reports you need.
Once I receive the uploaded files, I will prepare your Business MOT, covering 20 metrics across 5 areas of your business. I will also create my suggestions for the top 3 action points for you to work on, to improve any areas that might benefit.
When your report is ready (within 5-7 business days), I will send you another email, with a link for you to book your debrief call, at a time to suit you.
